Dari pantauan tim bidang SKDI (Sarana Komunikasi dan deseminasi Informasi) Dinas Komunikasi dan informatika Kabupaten Cirebon pada tanggal 06 Agustus 2013 jam 12.30 di gerbang tol dari pagi hingga saat ini mengalami kenaikan volume kendaraan, sedangkan di jalur pantura Kanci volume kendaraan mencapai kenaikan  yang  sangat signifikan yang tetap di dominasi oleh kendaraan roda dua.

Kepadatan kendaraan masih di dominasi oleh kendaraan roda dua yang terlihat membawa banyak barang. Sedangkan para personil aparat polisi yang dibantu oleh pramuka, personil dari Dinas Perhubungan, perkumpulan pemuda danlai-lain masih slalu siaga di setiap ruas jalan yang hampir ada di setiapmeternya.

Semakin mendekati hari Lebaran rest area disepanjang jalur yang dilewati pemudik semakin banyak dan ramai dikunjungi para pemudik yang beristirahat. Bahkan disetiap SPBU pun sangat ramai para pemudik yang beristirahat atau pun melaksanakan sholat.

Dihimbau untuk semua pemudik agar tetap menjaga kewaspadaan di jalan dan menjaga keluarga yang turut serta dan barang bawaannya sehingga tidak terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan.
