Untuk meningkatkan kinerja bagi para pejabat dilingkungan Pemda Kabupaten Cirebon pada tanggal 6 Desember 2013 bertempat diruang Paseban telah dilaksanakan pelantikan 24 pejabat dilingkungan Setda Kabupaten Cirebon kegiatan tersebut dimaksudkan agar para pejabat dilingkungan pemda Kabupaten Cirebon dapat meningkatkan kinerja dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat.
Pada kesempatan tersebut hadir Muspida Kabupaten Cirebon, pejabat Setda, Kepala Dinas se-Kabupaten Cirebon, anggota DPRD, Camat se-Kabupaten Cirebon serta sejumlah undangan.
Bupati Cirebon Drs. H. Dedi Supardi, MM pada kesempatan tersebut mengatakan bahwa diadakannya rotasi dan mutasi jabatan dilingkungan pemda Kabupaten Cirebon mempunyai tujuan agar para pejabat akan lebih meningkat lagi kinerjanya sehingga pelayanan terhadap masyarakat akan lebih baik lagi, dengan meningkatnya kinerja para pejabat dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat tentunya pembangunan diKabupaten Cirebon akan lebih baik lagi dan ini merupakan salah satru cara untuk memicu dan memacu kepada para Pegawai Negri Sipil dalam meningkatkan pengamdiannya kepada masyarakat sebagai abdi masyarakat dan abdi negara.
Kegiatan tersebut diakhiri dengan pemberian selamat kepada pejabat yang baru dilantik.
