Bupati Cirebon, Drs. H. Dedi Supardi, MM, pada hari Minggu, 6 Oktober 2013 bersama keluarganya datang untuk melakukan hak pilihnya di salah satu TPS yakni TPS 04 di Kelurahan Kaliwadas, Kecamatan Sumber, Kabupaten Cirebon dalam Pemilihan Bupati (Pilbup) Cirebon periode 2013-2018.
Bupati Cirebon dan isterinya masuk ke TPS 04 Kaliwadas untuk menggunakan hak pilihnya. Usai mendaftar Bupati dan isterinya mengambil kertas suara yang diberikan oleh petugas menuju bilik suara untuk melakukan pencoblosan. Usai pencoblosan Bupati memasukan kertas suara ke dalam kotak suara. Sebagai tanda bukti Bupati dan isterinya mencelupkan salah satu jarinya kedalam tinta yang disediakan Panitia Pemungutan Suara dan keluar dari TPS.
Pencoblosan yang berlangsung dari pukul 08.00 hingga pukul 13.00 WIB juga diikuti warga Kabupaten Cirebon lainnya untuk memilih Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Cirebon periode 2013-2018 di tempat pemungutan suara (TPS) yang tersebar di 40 kecamatan di Kabupaten Cirebon.
Pilkada Kabupaten Cirebon diikuti oleh 6 pasang calon yakni Insyaf Supriyadi-Darusa dari independen, pasangan Sunjaya Purwadi-Tasiya Soemadi yang diusung PDI Perjuangan, M. Luthfi-Ratu Raja Arimbi yang diusung PKB dan PPP, Nurul Qomar-Subhan yang diusung Partai Demokrat, Ason Sukasa-Kusnandar yang diusung Partai Golkar dan PKS, serta pasangan Raden Heviyana-Rakhmat yang diusung oleh Partai Hanura, PAN, dan sejumlah partai kecil.
