Orientasi Kuwu Pemerintah Kabupaten Cirebon Tahun 2014

dalamTelah berlangsung Acara pembukaan Peningkatan Wawasan Administrasi Pemerintah Desa bagi Kuwu di Kabupaten Cirebon pada tanggal          23 s.d. 27 April 2014 ,bertempat di Hotel Apita lantai 3. Kegiatan dimaksud terbagi menjadi 2 yaitu di Hotel Bagus Inn sedangkan observasi bertempat                  di Kabupaten Badugul Bali.yang bertujuan agar para kuwu akan lebih memahami tentang  administrasi pemerintahan sehingga pada pelaksanaan tugasnya sebagai kuwu akan dapat bekerja secara maksimal.

Peserta orientasi kuwu kali ini diikuti oleh 185 kuwu yang merupakan kuwu hasil pelantikan  2011 – 2014,  adapun pemberian  materi  administrasi akan di selenggarakan di Hotel Bagus Inn dengan tutor Kepala Inpektorat,  Kepala Bagian Pemerintahan dan dari Propinsi Jawa Barat juga dari kepala OPD terkait. Pada pelaksanaannya orientasi kuwu ini akan dibagi menjadi 2 materi yaitu teori dan praktek dan pada akhirnya dari orientasi ini akan diadakan pemaparan hasil observasi lapangan, sehingga para kuwu dalam pelaksanaan orientasi ini dituntut untuk lebih mendalami serta dapat mengsinkronisasikan antar teori yang didapat dari para tutor juga pengalaman para kuwu dalam pelaksanaan stadi banding di Kabupaten Badugul Bali demikian laporan ketua panitia/Kepala BPMPD.

Dinamika pemerintahan berputar dengan begitu cepat sehingga telah banyak menuntut perubahan yang sangat mendasar baik atas landasan hukum yang mendasari operasional pemerintahan itu sendiri maupun terhadap model dan bentuk manajemen yang aktual, perputaran ini telah berjalan sejak reformasi didengungkan oleh seluruh rakyat Indonesia, yang  mengharapkan adanya perubahan pemerintahan yang lebih demokratis, adil dan makmur. Undang-Undang nomor  6 tahun 2014 tentang desa menegaskan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. pelaksanaan pembangunan, pembinaan kemasyarakatan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat berdasarkan Pancasila, Undang Undang dasar 1945 Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, dan Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Dengan pelaksanaan Undang-Undang tersebut diharapkan desa dapat melakukan purubahan wajah desa dan tata kelola penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang efektif, demikian pemaparan Bupati Cirebon Drs, H. Sunjaya Purwadisastra, MM.MSi.
