Peresmian Gedung Koperasi Karya Sejahtera

Pada tanggal 25 Februari 2015 Bupati Cirebon Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadisastra MM. M.Si meresmikan penggunaan gedung Koperasi Karya Sejahtera Kabupatrn Cirebon dengan tujuan agar koperasi karya sejahtera Kabupaten Cirebon dapat lebih mengoptimalkan lagi usahanya sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya. Adapun anggota dari koperasi tersebut adalah para pejabat dan PNS yang ada di lingkungan Kabupaten 5Cirebon dengan jumlah 1420 orang anggota. Selain peresemian gedung juga memberikan santunan kepada 45 orang yatim piatu.

Hadir pada kesempatan tersebut pejabat dilingkungan Pemda Kabupaten Cirebon, perwakilan anggota koperasi dan BPR, anggota dan pengurus Koperasi Karya Sejahtera dan sejumlah undangan.

Pada kesempatan tersebut ketua Koperasi Karya Sejahtera Drs. H. Dadang Tresnayadi, MM  mengatakan pembangunan gedung koperasi karya sejahtera ini hasil dari simpanan para anggota setiap bulan sebesar Rp.50.000,- setiap anggota dan ini merupakan tabungan bagi anggota itu sendiri.

 Selain simpanan wajib dan simpanan pokok sebagai dasar pengembangan usaha pengurus dan dewan pemeriksa koperasi karya sejahtera selain  membuka tokoh dan simpan pinjam juga membuka usaha dibidang lainnya namun belum maksimal mengingat banyaknya anggota yang belum mengetahuinya.

Bupati Cirebon Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadi Sastra MM. MSi pada sambutannya mengatakan dengan telah memiliki gedung sendiri tentunya Koperasi KARYA Sejahtera akan dapat mengoptimalkan usaha perkoperasiannya sesuai dengan azas koperasi dimana harus meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya. Selain itu diharapkan kepada seluruh anggota Koperasi Karya Sejahtera dapat lebih memanfaatkan keberadaan koperasi ini, sehingga koperasi karya sejahtera dapat lebih maju dan lebih baik dari yang sebelumnya.

Kegiatan tersebut diakhiri dengan pemotongan untaian bunga dan tumpeng serta pemberian santunan kepada 45 orang anak yatim piatu.(Sahidin,Intan-Diskominfo)
