(Senin 11/05/2015) Melalui Diskominfo Kabupaten Cirebon, Bupati Cirebon Drs. H. Sunjaya Purwadisastra, MM. MSi. melakukan Uji Coba Teleconference di ruang rapat Bupati bersama dengan Kepala Dinas Bina Marga, Camat Sumber dan Camat Karangsembung hasil sangat memuaskan walaupun sempat ada gangguan jaringan dari salah satu teleconference.
Dalam teleconference Bupati Cirebon Drs. Sunjaya Purwadisastra, MM. MSi. mengatakan inovasi ini sangat bermanfaat guna memudahkan komunikasi secara langsung antara dirinya selaku Kepala Daerah dengan para Kepala Dinas, Camat, Lurah maupun Kuwu yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon. Dengan adanya teleconference ini kita tidak lagi terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu. Hal-hal yang sangat pokok maupun sifatnya urgent bisa langsung dapat dikoordinasikan serta segera dilaksanakan.
Bupati Cirebon bisa langsung bertanya kepada kuwu tentang potensi yang ada didaerahnya maupun perkembangan wilayah dan infrastruktur. Penggunaan sistem ini rencananya akan dilakukan secara bertahap 40 kecamatan dan seluruh OPD serta mengingat anggaran yang dibutuhkan lumayan besar, hingga saat ini baru menyiapkan 4 (empat) jaringan untuk teleconference.
Kendala yang terjadi dalam teleconference saat itu jaringan yang tidak stabil karena masih menggunakan sistem non kabel (wireless), untuk itu Bupati Cirebon merencanakan dalam teleconference nanti akan menggunakan sitem kabel agar memperlancar komunikasi yang rencananya sistem kabel tersebut bisa direalisasikan pada tahun 2016 mendatang.
Hal serupa dikatakan Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Cirebon Drs. R. Benni Sugriarsa terobosan yang dilakukan Diskominfo adalah untuk mempermudah komunikasi maupun koordinasi antara Kepala OPD, Camat dan Kuwu dengan Bupati Cirebon. Masalah gangguan jaringan bisa di carikan solusi dan Kami coba terus lakukan peningkatan percepatan komunikasi dan informasi secara bertahap. Teleconference akan dilakukan baik di tingkat OPD maupun Kecamatan.(edys/fais,Diskominfo)(11/05/2015)
